The world is experiencing the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak together. Caratech is no different.
Collectively, the Caratech team has been inspired and motivated by the courage and determination of organizations, individuals, and governments that are working together to protect the most vulnerable, to care for the sick, and to encourage others in these times of need.
As this is a global effort, which requires all of our care and participation, we want to update you on the ways Caratech is doing its part to continue to support our employees and customers.
Caratech is in a unique position to continue operations with as little disruption as possible during the outbreak. We have no plans to slow our business down and we are proactively putting actions in place to support our customers.
Our online store remains open 24/7 and all orders will be fulfilled during working hours. Support is also available by emailing email@example.com.
Outside these hours answers to common questions can be found on caratech.co.uk/help. Our shipping partner Royal Mail will also process and deliver orders during this time. Our trade counter will be reduced in service and we recommend all orders to be placed via our website. Our returns policy has not been affected.
We will continue to keep this page up to date with any further changes from both Caratech and Royal Mail.

Are you still providing international shipping?
In line with Royal Mail (our shipping provider) we are still providing international shipping around the world.
My order hasn't arrived?
Some orders to particular countries are experiencing delays. Please use your tracking number which is sent to you via email/SMS at the time of dispatch where any updates will be placed.
Can you deliver my order to a Caravan Park?
Yes we can, however this depends if the park office is open at time of delivery. All orders require a signature, if no signature can be provided we unable to fulfil the delivery and it will be sent back to us.
Can I come and collect my order at Caratech?
Whilst the warehouse is currently is operation we're looking at the best possible way to provide a collection service. Please get in touch with us prior to visiting us about your order.
