Can I collect my order?
Yes, our warehouse has a collection desk where you will be able to collect your order.
If your order is outside the Lincolnshire we’re unable to keep your order within the warehouse. Please select a shipping method to receive your item.
I have changed some details since my last order. Can I update my order?
We recommend you contact our team by clicking here. One of the team will be able to update your account and any orders that we have shipped out to you.
Is it possible to cancel/change my order?
Due to our fulfilment system you must get in touch with us as soon as possible in order to modify your order. Our website is unable to let you modify an order once placed.
